Using Messenger on computer: Annoyed to use messenger on smartphones? You may use the desktop version of Messenger on your computer. Many people enter Facebook on their computers and chat. As a result, messages can be sent easily from the computer by using the PC version of Messenger. The messenger's desktop version runs perfectly like the Messenger app on the phone.


You will use the messenger desktop version on Mac, Windows, Chromebook, Linux, and any type of computer. To use the Messenger desktop web version, access Messenger in any browser from the computer. You can enter into your messenger by using your Facebook account.

Any picture or video story can be posted by tapping Add to Story. The stories posted on Messenger can be maintained by going into the Story menu in Messenger settings.


Vanish mode: Currently, the three apps of Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook have the Vanish Mode feature. A user can send messages with this feature that are deleted after a certain period of time. It is differentiated from Snapchat's default chatting system. A user can turn on vanishing mode easily in Messenger. If you tap from below in any chat, a disappearing message i.e. vanish mode will be turned on. A user can delete all chats in vanish mode by closing the app

Group Poll: The Poll feature is quite helpful for making simple comments or decisions about anything in the family or group of friends. With this feature, if Anyone can post a poll, group members can provide a vote on it. A group member can watch the poll feature by using any chat in Android messenger and tapping on the four-dot menu. 


To make a poll, click on Poll, write your questions, using the option, then click make Poll and post the poll in the group. And in the iPhone, by tapping on the plus sign on the left side of the chatbox, A user will discover the poll option on the far right.


Using Messenger as SMS App: There is a special option to enter all the SMS messengers coming from the SIM of the mobile. As a result, Messenger works as the default SMS app. That means a user can view SMS and reply directly from Messenger. A user can turn on the feature of SMS in Messenger, use the settings of the app, use the SMS section and turn on the displayed option. By selecting Messenger and clicking set as default, A user can then use Messenger as an SMS app.


Location Sharing: Live location can be shared with family or friends on Messenger. The location-sharing feature is available on both Android and iOS platforms, your own live location can be shared by using this feature, even the location of any specific place can be shared.


To share live location in Messenger: Enter any chat, enter the four-dot menu, and tap Location, then you will see your live location on the map, select that location or any other location. Then select the time for which a user wants to share the location and transmit the location. Providing phone location access, anyone can turn on live location sharing.


Unsend message: Unsend message feature is one of the most wonderful features of facebook's messenger. After transmitting any message, now there is a scope to unsent in messenger.


After transmitting any message to unsend it: Press and hold the message you want to unsend, you will see a menu, select Remove from there, select Unsend to delete the message from you and the person from whom you sent the message, only to delete the message from your side Remove for Tap on You. 


Android, In the case of the iPhone, if you click for a moment and touch the message, a user will get up some options. From there you have to select More. Then the unsend option will come. If you select Unsend for everybody from there, a user can delete the message for everyone.

Multiple Accounts: Messenger has the ability to use multiple accounts.

To use multiple Facebook accounts in Messenger: Log in to Messenger settings, tap on Switch Account, then tap on Add Account and log in to your account. A new account can be created by clicking create a new account.


Kids' Messenger: TikTok, Snapchat, or Instagram may be used by kids on their phones. For example, Messenger can use your phone to chat or talk with friends or family members. Facebook has created a facebook messenger for kids. Older members of the family will also be able to see the insights into the use of children.
